Mining Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our underground mining crew at Northparkes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and high-quality ore production to the mill.
The role requires a strong foundation in underground mining and proven leadership in production environments. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in block cave and/or sub-level cave operation, who understands the complexities of these methods and can drive safe and efficient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience in block cave mining or sub-level cave production environment
- Strong understanding of underground production environments including automated/remote loaders, crushers and conveyors
- A current Underground NSW Mine Supervisor Practising Certificate
- Minimum 1 year in a Production Supervisor role
- At least 5 years of underground mining experience
- First Aid, Working at Heights, security clearance and a current Driver's Licence
