Modular Building Solutions Engineer

The Modular Building Solutions Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing modular building products that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Design, develop and continuously improve modular building products to ensure high-quality, efficient and sustainable solutions.
  • Support product strategy, objectives and lifecycle management to align with business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production, assembly and maintenance processes are in place.
  • Deliver projects on time and aligned with business objectives by working closely with stakeholders and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed drawings, specifications and technical documentation to support product development and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and industry standards to protect our clients and their interests.
  • Drive product improvements based on market feedback, performance data and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product design and engineering with a focus on modular building solutions.
  • Background in construction, manufacturing or modular building industries with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., SpaceGass) and strong technical drawing skills to create accurate and detailed designs.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to drive results.
