About the Role:

A reliable and proactive driver is sought to join our Crestmead-based team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for the safe loading, transport, and unloading of modular buildings to various project sites across Queensland. You'll also assist with general labouring and construction tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation and safe delivery of modular buildings
  • Following all HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within individual work areas and vehicles
  • Understanding and applying quality control techniques
  • Loading/unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assistance with labouring tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Heavy Vehicles Licence - class HC
  • Current Construction White Card
  • Forklift license preferred but not essential
  • Trade background preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctuality
  • A strong focus on safety and following instructions
  • Demonstrated experience driving across both metro and regional areas of Queensland
  • The ability to work away from home where required (minimal occasions)
