Ausco Modular is one of Australia's leading providers of transportable hire and modular construction solutions. We've been delivering innovative modular designs for over 60 years, supporting major projects in infrastructure, education, and construction.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hire fleet assets, from inspection to preparation, quality checks, and delivery. If you're detail-driven, organized, and passionate about quality and customer satisfaction, this role offers the ideal opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of return-to-dispatch cycle for hire fleet assets, including inspections, scoping, preparation, and quality checks.
  • Ensuring timely and first-time quality standards for customer deliveries and service calls.
  • Management of asset materials using a kanban system and tracking process improvements.
  • Support for operational teams with small maintenance tasks as required to meet customer demand.
  • Stock management duties ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
  • Upholding our health, safety, environment, and quality standards on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and motivate teams in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A strong solutions-focused attitude and adaptability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Some basic handyman skills and tool competency.
  • Clear, professional communication and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Preferred: Experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries, plus knowledge of our products.
