Job Title

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Shift Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our factory.

About the Job

As a Shift Manager, you will lead and develop a small team of operators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

You will work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement in our processes and systems.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage their team members.

They will also have a mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot equipment issues, as well as provide technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop a small team of operators
  2. Provide guidance and support to team members
  3. Work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives
  4. Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems
  5. Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support

Requirements

  • 3-5 years demonstrated leadership experience in plastics / FMCG / continuous batch manufacturing / heavy industrial operations
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Technical skills and knowledge of MS Office and SAP (advantageous)
