Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in Corowa, NSW.

  • Process applications through the NSW Planning Portal.
  • Produce and issue certificates using standard templates.
  • Digitize drainage diagrams and other historical records.
  • Manage requests under the Government Information (Public Access) Act and other planning records.
  • Create and maintain registers within Council's Civica Authority application management system.

This role involves working independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Key Criteria to Address in Applications
  • Certificate III in Administration or similar qualification.
  • Demonstrated administration experience in government or a similar agency.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.
  • Ability to manage time, set priorities and plan work.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
