Project Manager Role

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our civil construction projects.

  • Strategic planning and budgeting will be your primary responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
  • You will be responsible for effective communication with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants on a regular basis.
  • Cost reporting and coordination with our estimators and accountants will also be a key aspect of this role.
  • As you will be site-based, frequent travel between sites and the office will be required.
  • Collaboration with Site Managers to ensure smooth project operations will be essential.
  • Ability to travel extensively between projects and the office, work in a long-term capacity, and maintain positive working relationships with other office staff and senior management.
  • A full driver's license is mandatory.
  • Full-time office and site work, adhering to standard office hours.
