Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - Procurement Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at AXR, a high-performing ASX-listed infrastructure business. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for optimizing Procurement and Supply Chain operations, driving efficiency, and effecting strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Procurement P+L, monthly reporting, forecasting, and presentation of results
  • Analysis and reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Complex financial modelling to support commercial decision-making, business cases, bids, and tenders
  • Ensure growth and efficient use of working capital, via cost-saving and improved allocation
  • Work effectively with 'Heads of' and high-level stakeholders, showcasing a strong ability to collaborate, influence, and make an impact

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • 5 years' experience, working with Supply Chain or Procurement teams
  • Strong financial modelling ability and curious analytical mindset
  • Ability to drive change across a large and complex organisation, influence stakeholders of all levels
  • Work to a high standard, deliver in a timely and accurate manner
