About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team, taking full ownership of the group finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a diverse finance team of 40 professionals, managing month-end reporting across 7 states and 3 countries.


The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a Big 4 or top-tier national accounting environment, with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CPA or CA qualification.


You will drive team performance by setting clear expectations, fostering development, and conducting thorough analysis of results. Maintain a well-controlled, accurate accounting environment, ensuring financial statements, reporting, and disclosures comply with US GAAP and IFRS standards.


As a Senior Finance Leader, you will partner with the ELT, US parent, and manage external stakeholders, driving process improvement and cost reduction while fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:



  • Leading a diverse finance team of 40 professionals
  • Owning the group finance function, managing month-end reporting across 7 states and 3 countries
  • Delivery of all corporate reporting and compliance matters (US GAAP / IFRS)
  • Supporting the ELT, US parent, and managing external stakeholders
  • Driving process improvement and cost reduction
  • Fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:


We are looking for a career-focused professional seeking rapid advancement in a high-performing team. You should have hands-on experience with Oracle, BW, BPC (or comparable ERP systems), OneSource (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office applications.
