Job Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the development, implementation and maintenance of HSEQ management systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and certification requirements while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Create, update and review policies and procedures to ensure effective management systems.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Business Management System (BMS)
  • Develop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and process development.
  • Ensure alignment with legislation, certification standards and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and meet statutory and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage updates to the BMS within the Management of Change framework.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure system integration and compliance.
  • Promote best practices and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and support regulatory outcomes.
  • Provide training and education on processes, procedures and adherence to compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of HSEQ management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and certification requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Develop and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures and process development.
  • Ensure alignment with legislation, certification standards and strategic objectives.
