Supporting the Group as our HSEQ Adviser, you will work across various operating locations throughout Australia on a 2:1 roster assisting our management team in safely executing projects and shutdown works. Reporting to the Group's HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for upholding our HSEQ culture which places the welfare of our workforce as the number one priority. This role serves as an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to start or progress their HSEQ career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with investigation of all HSEQ hazards/incidents and any other organisational non-conformances;
- Develop HSEQ documentation;
- Facilitate and conduct pre-start briefings, risk and hazard assessments, toolbox talks and incident investigations;
- Performing workplace inspection, in-field auditing and asset inspections;
- Promote, develop and foster the HSEQ ethos of Tasman; and
- Provide HSEQ expertise and continual improvement feedback to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A minimum of three years' proven experience in the resources sector;
- Qualification in OHS/WHS (essential);
- A passion for the HSEQ sector and ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel;
- Excellent training and presentation;
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- Experience in using Microsoft Office software programs;
- Proactive;
- Investigation and report writing skills;
- Sound knowledge of Regulatory HSEQ requirements; and
- Strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring of teams to drive success coupled with a collaborative approach to delivery of top-down and bottom-up initiatives into operational businesses.
