We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
HSEQ Manager
to drive, develop and implement our HSE & Quality systems & strategies company wide.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this is a pivotal role for our entire organisation. You will be working closely with the Executive Team whilst staying connected to our Engineering, Operations & Field Staff across all our divisions.

This role will be predominantly based in our head office in West Perth with occasional site visits where you will be the HSE & Quality driving force across all projects.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with Australian laws and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, environmental regulations, and quality management frameworks such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management Systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits for certification purposes.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead monthly Health & Safety and Quality managements meetings ensuring consistency across all business units and divisions.
  • Provide HSEQ training, coaching, and support to employees at all levels.
  • Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment with HSEQ standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice in health, safety, environment, and quality management.

To be considered for the role you will possess:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in WHS and or/Quality Management
  • 10 years proven experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong background in mineral processing, mining and/or construction industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the WA WHS Act and regulations, codes of practice and ISO/AS/NZS standards.
  • Experience in developing and delivering HSEQ training programs.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • A certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 auditing is highly desirable.
