Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of social and affordable housing projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing site delivery, leading construction teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage site delivery of multi-dwelling and SDA housing projects
  2. Lead construction in line with program, budget, and safety requirements
  3. Drive site compliance with OH&S, BCA, and relevant standards
  4. Coordinate trades, site teams, and project timelines
  5. Oversee site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspections
  6. Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and consultants
  7. Communicate directly with clients to support a smooth handover
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–10+ years' experience delivering custom builds or multi-unit housing
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Solid knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and OH&S
  • Cert IV in Construction Management or trade background
  • White Card, current driver's licence, First Aid & CPR
  • Strong Microsoft Project and documentation skills
