Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hydrogeologist to join our team in a delivery-focused role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering complex groundwater projects, including aviation-scale plumes and remediation designs.

This is a senior technical position that involves supporting audit, expert witness, and remediation work at local and national levels.

  • Contaminant hydrogeology with a focus on fate and transport
  • Complex DSI and remediation design
  • Review or lead SAQP and RAP development
  • Support EPA Auditors and senior staff in project delivery
  • Work on remediation programs for aviation, defence, and industrial sites
  • Provide expert witness services at the national level, including PFAS and complex contamination cases
  • Develop capture and containment strategies, water treatment solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7–12+ years in contaminant hydrogeology or CLM
  • Confidence in leading or reviewing complex site investigations
  • PFAS, modeling, or expert witness experience is a bonus
  • A practical, hands-on approach that excels in technical delivery
