IT Service Delivery Expert

  • We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional IT services, ensuring seamless operations and fostering excellence in efficiency.
  • This role requires a strong leader who can drive improvements in IT service desk practices, enhance service delivery, resilience, governance, and user satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT service management, focusing on modern IT operations, and expertise in ITIL service management, incident management, and IT service delivery.
  • Familiarity with leading ticketing systems is mandatory, as well as strong process optimization skills, excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for delivering high-quality IT support services to end-users, meeting strategy and goals set by the organization.
  • Driving improvements in IT service desk processes to enhance service delivery, resilience, governance, and user satisfaction.
  • Overseeing onboarding processes for new staff, including account provisioning, access management, and hardware setup within agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively managing major incidents to minimize business disruptions, restore systems quickly, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Utilizing insights from IT services reports to optimize performance, improve communication with stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in IT service management, focusing on modern IT operations, and expertise in ITIL service management, incident management, and IT service delivery.
  • Familiarity with leading ticketing systems is mandatory.
  • Strong process optimization skills, excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Team leadership experience managing IT support engineers, and ITSM certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are highly regarded.
