About the role:

Based at our head office, we have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance teams at regional quarries and project sites throughout WA.

The successful candidate will oversee remote maintenance activities, provide leadership to site-based teams, and assist with technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Mentoring, coaching, and developing succession plans are also key responsibilities.

Regular site travel is required.

We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a solid work ethic, and a proactive approach.

Candidates should be eager to expand their skill set and tackle new challenges within a rapidly evolving business.

An Australian recognized Trade Certificate (Diesel Trade Certificate) and current driver's license are essential requirements.

A strong understanding and commitment to safe working practices are also necessary.
