Customer Service Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service professional to support our customers throughout the pre-construction process of building their new home.

About This Role:

  • You will manage a portfolio of customers from Consolidated Proposal acceptance to Commencement of Construction
  • Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the pre-construction process and timelines
  • Meet with customers face-to-face to complete comprehensive plan presentations and other required meetings
  • Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting them on a weekly basis via phone call to provide progress updates
  • Provide proactive solutions to allow files to continue progressing through the pre-construction process
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required
  • Identify win-win outcomes for customers and the business

Your Qualifications:

  • A passion for building better futures for Australians
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role is essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required
  • Ideal candidates will have some knowledge of the residential construction industry or a passion for building design
