We are seeking a Condition Monitoring Specialist to improve equipment reliability.

About the Role

This role involves providing condition monitoring services, technical support to plant areas, and assisting in troubleshooting and fault finding as required.

  • Providing vibration monitoring and analysis, machine balancing, thermography, and other tools to measure and predict asset condition.
  • Assisting in incident/accident reporting and investigation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Trained in Condition Monitoring techniques.
  • VCAT 1 (prerequisite).
  • VCAT 2, IRT CAT 1 (desirable).
  • 3-5 years of condition monitoring/reliability experience in heavy industrial manufacturing businesses.
  • Competent in condition monitoring test equipment and analysis software applications.
  • Good hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
  • Demonstrates experience in maintenance management of manufacturing assets.
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative, manages competing priorities, meets deadlines, resourceful.
