We are seeking a Condition Monitoring Specialist to improve equipment reliability.
About the RoleThis role involves providing condition monitoring services, technical support to plant areas, and assisting in troubleshooting and fault finding as required.
- Providing vibration monitoring and analysis, machine balancing, thermography, and other tools to measure and predict asset condition.
- Assisting in incident/accident reporting and investigation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Trained in Condition Monitoring techniques.
- VCAT 1 (prerequisite).
- VCAT 2, IRT CAT 1 (desirable).
- 3-5 years of condition monitoring/reliability experience in heavy industrial manufacturing businesses.
- Competent in condition monitoring test equipment and analysis software applications.
- Good hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
- Demonstrates experience in maintenance management of manufacturing assets.
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, manages competing priorities, meets deadlines, resourceful.
