Reliability Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Enhancement Specialist to improve equipment performance through proactive lubrication services. This role plays a crucial part in managing lubrication programs, conducting oil sampling and analysis, and providing technical expertise to optimise equipment efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple plant areas. Key responsibilities include delivering proactive lubrication services, implementing and maintaining lubrication programs, analysing oil sample results, and providing technical guidance on lubricant selection, storage, and application.

A tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering and qualifications in lubrication techniques are essential. The successful candidate should also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in lubrication or reliability within heavy industrial manufacturing.
