Job Title: Operations Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage work orders, notifications, and documentation using SAP software.
  • Source materials and services for execution of work.
  • Organize parts, materials, and external contractor services to meet scheduled works requirements.
  • Prepare job plans and task lists for routine maintenance tasks.
  • Develop shutdown schedules and task lists for the Filter Plant.
  • Collaborate with operations and reliability teams to identify and resolve issues impacting plant performance.
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders for repairs and services.
  • Supervise tasks and maintain communication with the Maintenance Team.
About Your Qualifications
  • Hold a trade or engineering qualification, preferably in a maintenance role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment.
  • Proven ability to supervise contractor tasks in a maintenance environment.
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Project software.
  • Awareness of WHS regulations and the ability to minimize equipment downtime.
  • High organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
