The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that will deliver on critical talent projects, develop and manage talent communities, and source exceptional allied health talent to meet our current and upcoming workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance and improve our attraction strategy for KEO Care
- Partner with management to gain a deep understanding of the business and organization, including strategic workforce plans, to ensure recruitment advice and support meets business goals
- Apply effective talent acquisition practices to areas of the business, such as harnessing branding, candidate attraction methods, and screening methodologies
- Develop talent communities to reduce external advertising requirements and fast-track efficient recruitment processes
- Review internal sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in succession planning activities
- Regular communication with talent in the pipeline and building relationships with key stakeholders in the business
- Communicate job details and value proposition to interested allied health professionals
- Set clear priorities and focus on completing tasks in a timely manner
- Post job advertisements on job boards, including Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, and University Career Hubs
- Prepare weekly activity reports on statistics from our job boards and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews and referenced checks with key stakeholders
- Responsible for onboarding administration through Employment Hero (Software)
Ideal Profile:
- Significant talent attraction and recruitment experience
- Strong and proven stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Proven experience in navigating multiple HR systems and managing talent pools
- Previous success in implementing recruitment campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Attention to detail, a data-driven approach, and an analytical mindset
- An excellent work ethic, a desire for continued learning, and a drive to deliver best outcomes
- Be change-ready, always looking for ways to improve and evolve
