About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and performance.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value categories, taking responsibility for sales, forecasting, and delivering on business objectives.
- Lead category reviews, analyze shopper insights, and evaluate business performance to become a category expert for the retailer.
- Develop and implement strategies to support business objectives and the retailer's category portfolio.
- Deliver accurate financial and reporting requirements, including forecasting and sell-in/sell-out deliverables.
- Engage with retailers on ranging, promotional plans, forecasting, and activations to drive business results.
About You:
- Previous experience in category account management within the beauty, retail, or FMCG industry is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and influence decision-making processes.
- Solid business development skills, experience in financial reporting, and strong Excel skills are required.
- Previous experience in managing e-tailing or ecommerce accounts is highly desirable.
