Job Description:

We drive learning solutions globally for top retailers and consumer goods manufacturers, providing a deep understanding of consumer buying behavior. Our mission is to reveal new pathways to growth by leveraging market research and data analytics insights.

The role involves driving and delivering structured learning courses that engage clients and associates in the Asia Pacific region. These training programs cover software navigation, platform essentials, insight mining and analysis foundations, as well as client service excellence topics.

Key responsibilities include working closely with client teams to understand their needs, providing support in developing training plans, utilizing communication technologies for remote support and/or training delivery, and creating or modifying training materials to deliver an effective experience.

Additional responsibilities include measuring training statistics and satisfaction levels, collaborating with customer success functions, and presenting learnings from users and trainees to various stakeholders to improve products and services.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients generate value from data and insights. They are proactive learners adaptable to changing data landscapes, adept at problem-solving, and skilled at distilling learnings from users and trainees.

Key qualifications include a university degree, 1-3 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, or Research and Data Analytics, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
