We are seeking a Compensation Strategist to play a key role in shaping our remuneration framework, policies, and processes.

About the Role:
  • Manage compensation programs, including annual reviews, market matching, superannuation offering, and employee share plans.
  • Undertake internal and external benchmarking to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze and model internal and external data to draw insights and inform business decisions.
  • Lead compensation activities, services, systems, and reporting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and develop innovative solutions to engage and motivate employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in remuneration and human resource roles within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute enterprise-wide projects through effective collaboration with others.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience handling complex data effectively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, HR, or a related discipline.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
