Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our play centre, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children of all ages.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, maintaining high standards of safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role involves overseeing the café, supervising floor staff, and implementing cleaning rosters as per Covid Safe Plan. The successful candidate will also be responsible for making recommendations to the Director regarding general operation of the centre.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the café, taking orders, preparing food and drinks for patrons, and overseeing café staff.
  • Ensuring parties are serviced in accordance with operational guidelines, providing feedback from parties, and maintaining a safe environment for children.
  • Overseeing floor staff to ensure safe operation of equipment, maintaining an active presence, and preventing hazards in the inflatables area.
  • Implementing cleaning rosters as per Covid Safe Plan and meeting Covid hygiene standards.
  • Packing up and setting up equipment efficiently.
