Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Policy professional to join our team within a Federal Government Agency.

This is a 12-month assignment based in Geelong or Richmond, working within the Economic and Pricing Team to contribute to the Annual Pricing Review.

The role involves sound decision-making, liaising with stakeholders, communicating complex issues, adapting to change, and project management oversight for key projects.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, leadership, and writing experience in Government Agencies.

We require applicants to hold Australian Citizenship. This role may involve providing COVID-19 vaccination evidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Decision making taking into account data, public submissions, and consultations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate technical and sensitive issues to various audiences
  • Adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Project management oversight for key projects

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decisions
  • Strategic thinking, including vision, perception, and evaluation skills
  • Leadership and management of work priorities
  • Writing experience in Government Agencies advantageous
