THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an experienced Pricing and Data Administration Executiveto join our Performance and Pricing Analytics team in Macquarie Park.

Reporting to the Performance and Pricing Analytics Manager, your key focus will be ensuring efficient and accurate pricing processes to support strategic pricing decision, through superior communication skills, accurate forecasting platforms and proactive problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing pricing across systems and pricebooks for all FBAU channels
  • Updating, maintaining and sharing Pricing Cost and Profitability Cheatsheets quarterly, and owning various Pricing team functions
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to maintain accurate monthly forecast data
  • Responding to pricing enquiries, including special pricing conditions and variations
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives, particularly with pricing  templates

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in operational pricing, including pricing requests and enquiries
  • High attention to detail, supported by strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and data visualisation skills such as Domo and Power BI
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded
