Job Title: Financial Services Strategist


Overview:A leading financial infrastructure platform for businesses needs a skilled professional to work with our sales teams and develop pricing strategies that benefit both parties.

We're looking for someone with expertise in finance or deal pricing, able to build strong relationships with business partners and drive results without supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in an unstructured environment, and have experience with financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing strategies and frameworks to ensure mutually beneficial deals with our customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional business partners across operations, products, finance & strategy, partnership, and other regions.
  • Provide thought leadership to regional sales teams and sales executives, helping them make informed decisions about pricing deals at scale and strategic deals.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks and contribute to analytical design and production efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through a combination of influencing and awareness.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment by driving business results without significant supervision.
  • Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the payments or technology sector.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership, preferably to sales or go-to-market business partners.
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau or a willingness to learn.
