The Tenant Services Manager role at JLL presents a unique opportunity to thrive in a premium asset environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional tenant experiences and fostering positive relationships.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Sydney office, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants, manage front-of-house digital platforms, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess prior building management experience, preferably in a premium asset, or relevant skills in tenant/customer service, placemaking, marketing, or events management.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Proactively communicating with tenants through various approved media channels
  • Leading the management team in developing and executing site-specific tenant engagement strategies
  • Managing all front-of-house digital platforms, including lift screens and directory boards
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for tenant-related inquiries and providing feedback
  • Handling general property administration tasks, such as invoice processing, arrears management, daily receipting, and allocations
  • Supporting new site initiatives, including sustainability projects, events, and tenant engagement
  • Assisting with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, quarterly reports, and outgoings statements
