Job Description

This is a pivotal role to ensure exceptional service and guidance is provided to clients following the purchase of property, right through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture customers and provide information and guidance in the period from purchase to settlement and ensure they are prepared for each stage of the process.
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly settlement status reports.
  • Liaise with Vendors, Agents, Solicitors, Financial Planners, Brokers, Buyers, and Internal Staff about the status of Contracts, Settlement, and Construction Progress.
  • Interpret and explain fundamental contract terms & conditions.
  • Prepare pitch materials, handover booklets, and manuals for document preparation.
  • Assist members with defect inspections, depreciation schedules, and property leasing.
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Property Settlement Manager to join our team in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of timeframes within the House & Land development process and 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume developer, builder, broker, etc.

Requirements:
  • Possess a solid understanding of timeframes within the House & Land development process.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume developer, builder, broker, etc.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal weekday hours during peak periods.
  • Maturity and a client-experience-focused mindset.
  • Real Estate Certificate of License is preferred but not essential.
  • Ideal candidate has a passion for property investing and high Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
