Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the legal aspects of property deals, encompassing acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
  • Offer strategic legal counsel to facilitate business operations and safeguard company interests.
  • Promote compliance with property regulations and mitigate potential risks.
  • Resolve disputes related to properties and collaborate with external counsel as required.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline transaction processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 6-10 years of expertise in property law, preferably in corporate or real estate sectors.
  • Strong grasp of leasing, acquisitions, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills, coupled with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, enabling autonomous work.
  • Flexibility to accommodate part-time hours and dedication to delivering results.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a respected property company during an exciting growth phase.
