This opportunity allows you to work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and senior leadership team on cutting-edge projects and commercial initiatives. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing month-end, half-year-end, and full-year-end reporting, as well as delivering robust forecasting and budget support.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and improve existing processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate tax and accounting schedules, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert analysis and insights to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in Business Services, preferably with experience in property accounting.
  • Professional qualifications, such as CA or CPA.
  • An articulate and confident communication style, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial mindset, enabling you to challenge conventional thinking and drive innovation.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
