Your next opportunity:

We are currently offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team in Western Australia.

This is a 15-month Fixed Term contract.

As an Administration Officer, you will report directly to the WA Area Manager and play a crucial role in providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for the WA Asphalt team.

Your day will involve:

  • Maintaining the current maintenance management system, Maximo.
  • Compliance and Induction.
  • Work Orders and Supplier documentation.
  • Updating and distributing reports for various internal business stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and scheduling planned maintenance activities.
  • Organising Purchase Orders and vendors.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the civil contracting, construction, or project management industries (or similar).
  • Exposure to Maximo and Oracle systems (preferred but not essential).
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and see tasks through to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and numerical accuracy.
