We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at ILSC Education Group in Perth.

This part-time position involves providing high-quality support to students, agents, and visitors, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, agents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
  • Help students, agents, and visitors with questions and direct them to the correct staff and department
  • Prepare new student orientation and intake documents
  • Support local teams with weekly orientation processes for new students
  • Manage textbook inventory and distribution
  • Update academic management systems, learner management systems, and other databases
  • Assist students with login issues on the myILSC App
  • Prepare graduation certificates and letters of completion
  • Purchase OSHC (student health insurance) and ensure students receive their insurance cards
  • Order and manage stationery and school supplies
  • Make coffee and snack runs for guests and staff drinks
  • Coordinate with cleaners to maintain campus cleanliness

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage student placements in SMS and LMS within operational constraints
  • Program Odyssey across all campuses with session programs, courses, and classes
  • Ensure standardized coding for all classes
  • Liaise with Local and National Academic Teams for consultation on specific cases
  • Generate and distribute weekly student intake reports
  • E nsure accurate storage of student information in systems
  • Action student requests through e-Services or redirect to appropriate teams
  • Support National Compliance and National Academic Teams on attendance reports, progress reports, warning letters, and ITRs processes
  • Issue Academic Enrolment Letters as requested
  • Understand key regulatory compliance requirements, including ESOS Act, National Code, ELICOS Standards, and NEAS

Other Responsibilities:

  • Support on-campus marketing initiatives by conducting school tours of prospective students
  • Help with campus promotional events and provide school information to agents and visitors

About the Role:

This is a part-time position requiring hours per week, Monday to Friday, between am and pm. The role involves variable working hours on campus, primarily late shifts, and working remotely is not possible.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and benefits.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting students, agents, and visitors. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
