Waste Centre Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team at the Recycling Centre. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional customer experience to the community and support the efficient operation of the centre.
- Prepare the facility for daily operation by following start-up procedures
- Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assess loads of waste to determine the appropriate charge type and amount
- Collect payment from customers and enter data into the point-of-sale system
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess previous experience in direct customer service. The successful applicant will also have strong analytical skills and be able to accurately assess waste types and charges.
