We are seeking an experienced Waste Movement Coordinator to join our team.

The role will involve controlling and coordinating waste movement on and off site, ensuring accurate data capture using the computerised weighbridge system.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Weighbridge operation including data entry into the controlled waste management system
  • Generating and/or collating management reports using weighbridge software
  • Managing customer and supplier files in the weighbridge software
  • Receiving and inspecting raw material deliveries
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Handling COD sales including Eft/Banking summaries
  • Relief in operational duties when required
  • General administrative duties

A Victorian driver's license, right to work in Australia, reliable car and experience working in a similar role or industry are preferred. A police check and pre-employment medical will also be required.
