  • The successful candidate will work with projects and operational teams to inform ICT service design, focusing on sustainability, supportability, and maximising the existing services portfolio value.
  • Key responsibilities include documenting service designs, conducting current state assessments, and developing service roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in service/solution design/transition/architecture or service design co-ordination utilising the ITIL framework.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating service design and evaluation, as well as broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading service co-ordination activities and hands-on experience in facilitating ICT service design.
