As a seasoned IT professional, we are seeking an expert to oversee and optimize our Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience administering SCCM environments and related infrastructure components.
  • This role involves advanced administration, patch management, application packaging, and automation to ensure seamless and secure endpoint management across the organization.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage, maintain, and support SCCM infrastructure including primary and secondary site servers, distribution points, and management points.
  2. Perform advanced troubleshooting of SCCM issues (client health, deployments, WSUS sync, distribution failures).
  3. Design and implement OS deployment solutions including task sequences, drivers, and images.
  4. Package, deploy, and maintain applications and updates.
  5. Manage patching cycles, compliance reporting, and vulnerability remediation.
  6. Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting.
  7. Ensure endpoint security integration.
  8. Monitor, optimize, and scale the SCCM environment for performance and reliability.
  9. Provide escalation support to the operations team, mentoring engineers when needed.
Requirements
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or equivalent).
  • Experience with OS deployment, task sequences, drivers, and images.
  • Experience with application packaging, deployment, and update maintenance.
  • Proficiency in patch management, compliance reporting, and vulnerability remediation.
