Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with extensive knowledge of Windows 10 Image build and operating System deployment methodologies. They should have hands-on experience in creating and updating gold images, as well as strong knowledge of software/patch deployments, SCCM task sequences for OS deployment, and VDI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and lead a team in delivering Image Management services, including creating customized Windows images from source, Windows migration, and tier 3 incident management
  2. Test software packages created for distribution via SCCM and create, develop, and maintain SCCM task sequences for OS deployment
  3. Evaluate new Windows 10 GPOs and represent the Image Management services for the specific account as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer, internal operations, and service delivery teams
  4. Coordinate critical customer issues and update and maintain operations manual and contractual reports
  5. Identify areas of improvement in the account, propose, and oversee implementation of CSIP's and approve implementation of technical documentation
  6. Develop and test Windows client Operating system master images using tools such as MDT, SCCM, and ADK
  7. Interact with stakeholders to gather end-to-end requirements of the build, document them, and get signed off
  8. Conduct peer review/Quality assurance for builds or changes being carried out by peers

Requirements:

  • NV1 Security Clearance is required
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management
  • Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM, and Client Executives
  • Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
  • Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
