About the Role
  • This position is responsible for serving as the single point of contact for desktop end-user compute technology delivery within the workplace domain.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of desktop engineer-related skills to support and guide project delivery.
  • They will proactively inform stakeholders of issues and provide accurate advice to meet stakeholder expectations and timeframes.
  • The selected individual will develop detailed system implementation plans with key stakeholders.
  • They will lead technical discussions and decision-making with the business to deliver project outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working in a multi-sourced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise directory environments underpinned by Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Group Policies, VPN technologies, and Citrix.
  • Expert-level hardware troubleshooting skills on Windows, IOS, and Mac devices.
  • A strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent industry qualification/experience.
