Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex issues related to website functionality.
  • They will also be responsible for assisting customers with payment processing issues, managing customer invoices and order confirmations, and liaising with the web development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the web development team to ensure that website updates and changes do not disrupt the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, including ordering errors, cart issues, and broken links.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and timely support.
  • Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment processing issues, including credit cards, digital wallets, refunds, and failed transactions.
  • Order Management: Manage and track customer invoices, order confirmations, returns, and related documentation.
  • Liaison with Web Development Team: Collaborate with the web development team to report bugs, propose improvements, and escalate issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, online payments, and CRM/helpdesk systems.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
