About the Role

This is a senior-level position that plays a critical role in guiding clients through the onboarding process. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions, responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They should also have client relationship management and customer service experience, as well as proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

  • Conduct effective training sessions and presentations to ensure clients fully understand and utilize our services
  • Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and feedback to improve future onboarding processes
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
