Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for 3 premium airport lounges.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, allergen awareness, and dietary requirements.
- E nsure a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate with Head Chefs, Chef Managers, and Lounge Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Adhere to OH&S requirements and contribute to waste minimisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement).
- Previous chef experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality.
- High energy, professional presentation, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to obtain an ASIC – cost covered by employer.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check.
