**The Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work within a premium 5 star operation other than a hotel. Trippas White Group provides the catering services to this lounge based at the Brisbane International Airport.

You will be an experienced allrounder who understands quality and the ability to work in an ongoing fast paced environment. You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with a dedicated Manager and team.

Tasks will include:

- Assisting Chefs set up buffet stations
- Collecting plates and glassware from guests
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning of the Lounge - tables, bathrooms (wiping, vacuuming, mopping etc.)
- Making coffee - coffee skills are a plus

This is a casual role with hours being night time (from 2PM until midnight). Therefore you need to be flexible - the hours will be rostered each week, however if flights are delayed, additional hours may be required.

**You**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a diverse environment
- Flexible and willing attitude, strong written communication and customer service skills
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- You will require a security check to be able to successfully receive an ASIC Pass as a condition of successful employment.
- Own car is a must as there is no public transport after 10pm.
