Job Overview

A Sales Estimator plays a crucial role in preparing sales estimates, pricing and scope management for tender submissions and client variations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely delivery of tenders, working closely with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

  • Prepare and manage tenders including initial preparation, re-work or variations and provide custom pricing in a timely manner
  • Liaise with suppliers on non-standard variation tender details and prepare specific estimates in accordance with design principals
  • Review plans, engineers specifications, schedules and authority requirements to eliminate conflicts in information for tender submissions
Key Responsibilities

The Sales Estimator will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Pricing of tenders, re-tenders and variations in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collaborating with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of tenders
  • Reviewing job related documents and providing detailed feedback to the Estimating Team Leader
Requirements
