Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to the Sourcing leadership team. This high-impact role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business value.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in statistical and data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business decisions. They will be proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, and have hands-on experience with Alteryx.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage pricing grids, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration across multiple systems
  • Create advanced SQL queries and data pipelines to bring together datasets from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver strategic insights
  • Present compelling recommendations to leadership, making complex data accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting standardization to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Support critical operational and financial reporting needs, ensuring timely and reliable data to guide key decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate analysis into actionable insights
