Unlock the Power of Data-Driven Decision Making

  • A key player in designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms will unlock the power of data-driven decision making.

Role Overview:

  • Lead strategic design and evolution of our Customer Data Platforms as a highly skilled Solution Architect.
  • Architect end-to-end customer and marketing data platform solutions with deep experience in Customer & Marketing Data Platforms, CRM, or enterprise integration.
  • Design data-driven solutions that deliver business value and develop high-quality technical documentation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable architecture for data stewardship, consent management, and PII compliance.
  • Support real-time integration between systems like Kafka, MuleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
  • Create architecture views using ArchiMate methodology and collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, risk, and governance stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Deep solution architecture experience in Customer & Marketing Data Platforms, CRM, or enterprise integration.
  • Strong knowledge of customer data models, hierarchical relationships, and segmentation logic.
  • Experience with event-driven design (e.g., Kafka), data contracts, and lineage tracking.
  • Comfort navigating complexity and leading cross-functional discussions with marketing, compliance, business, and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with security, consent frameworks, PII handling, and governance best practices.
