Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to drive employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to talent development processes and implement metrics for analysis and recommendations
- Support the design and implementation of induction and exit processes aligned with employee experiences
Projects:
- Induction Buddy Program: Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new employees
- Review current customer experience from start to end: Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Review of interim survey: Gather feedback and insights to inform future improvements
Requirements:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Project management expertise with multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong influencing skills to drive positive change
- Self-motivation to drive topics to completion
