Job Title

We are seeking an experienced commercial advisor to provide strategic support and drive favourable commercial outcomes.

The role encompasses review and negotiation of contracts, addressing a broad range of commercial issues and providing expert analysis to deliver effective solutions.

About You

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years of contract experience as a manager or advisor, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • You will be able to read, analyse, and understand commercial ramifications of contract provisions and manage exposure to deliver effective commercial solutions.
  • You will have good commercial sense and excellent contracting skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in lay terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support commercial contract negotiations, including coordinating reviews within deadlines and preparing risk assessments.
  • Oversight and review of contract execution and compliance, managing variation requests and other change requests.
  • Have knowledge on commercial best practices and be able to review and understand business risk and support business decisions.
  • Provide commercial expertise to the Regional Strategic Leadership team on key issues such as warranties and delay.
  • Be familiar with insurance policies and advise on coverage issues in connection with customer supply contracts.
