Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a senior legal counsel to join our central legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to provide expert guidance on consumer law, advertising standards, and commercial legal issues.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Advise on consumer protection laws and marketing regulations including digital and social media.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with retailers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Identify legal risks and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8+ years PQE in private practice or in-house roles ideally with exposure to the FMCG sector.
  • Previous experience in contract law, consumer law, and advertising regulation.
  • A strategic thinker who balances legal risk with commercial outcomes.
  • A trusted advisor who collaborates effectively across teams and delivers practical business-focused solutions.
